Jai Prakash is the Founder of Jay Pee Developers, Tamil Nadu’s leading property developer.

Jai Prakash joined the property development business in 1987, at the age of 19. From 1995, he has been at the helm of affairs of the company and seen his vision for a property development organization, both in terms of size and excellence, transform into reality.

With several contributions to social causes and committed philanthropy,Jai Prakash has made a difference in the lives of many by enhancing the standards of lifestyle and employment in the city.

He is a member of the NAREDCO, an autonomous self-regulatory in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, India. He is also the secretary of the HBDA (Hosur Builders Developers Association)/NAREDCO chapter Hosur.

Shama Krishna has over three decades of experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified civil engineer and has undertaken major private and government contracts earlier. A member of the ECI, Engineering Council of India.

He is responsible for construction management and relations. He visions the growth of the company through the emphasis on strategy formulation and operational control.
